Best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. The food is amazing and taste is super. The staff were so welcoming and reply the every question regarding the order. Must visit

I ordered food from this restaurant through DoorDash, but the experience was very disappointing. They didn’t provide any spoon or utensils, the packaging was very poor, and the onions and cilantro tasted stale and outdated. Even the chicken quality was not good. Overall, a bad experience.

My wife and I absolutely loved the food here. Special thanks to Dixit for recommending some excellent options. Here’s what we tried: 1. Chicken Fried Rice (spice level 4 out of 6): generous portion, easily enough for two people. 2. Chicken Momos (around 10 pieces) Their Chicken Chowmein is also very popular. Hopefully, we’ll try it next time. (Totally forgot to take pictures!)

BANGER‼️‼️ I order food from them at least three times a month. The amount of food in the chicken biryani gets me two meals. Samosa chaat is DELICIOUS, chickpeas have never tasted so good. The flavor is CONSISTENT. I have never been let down. Their Saag Paneer is sooo good as well and the garlic naan puts me over the moon. 🔥🔥🔥 SERVICE. ALWAYS HOSPITABLE. One of my favorite places to eat as a vegan in Clifton. The staff is super friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. A super endearing hole in the wall, and a great place to eat before you head to the Esquire for a movie, or the CCT for an improv show 💚

This restaurant should be on everyone's MUST TRY list. The food was packed with flavor, we'll seasoned, and the Tika Marsala is worth any drive. Our server Dispesh provided us with good service. He made us feel welcomed, he was attentive, and he took time to answer every question with a smile.

My family and I came on a quiet Monday night and were the only patrons. Our server Dipesh was extremely friendly and helpful as well - as it was our first time coming. The food was delicious and my fav dish was the chicken tiki masala. Definitely recommend!!

Anjeet Restaurant in Ludlow, Ohio, offers an exceptional dining experience! The standout of our visit was definitely Dipesh, who provided wonderful customer service, making us feel truly welcomed. I went to Ajeet tonight and the waiter asked if I would leave a review and I actually would love to. The service was awesome, the man serving us was very sweet, patient, and attentive. The food is the best Indian cuisine I've had recently. I got the lamb curry. The lamb was perfectly tender and the flavor was excellent. The food was hot too! We waited over 25 minutes just for someone to take our order and there were only two groups dining in, including us. After finally ordering, it took another 40 minutes for our food to arrive, with no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. I understand the kitchen can get busy, but a little respect and communication with customers goes a long way. What’s worse is that this wasn’t my first bad experience here. I went on a lunch with some friends, excited to enjoy some delicious Indian and Nepalese cuisine. We were warmly greeted and seated by the super friendly host who explained the menu options to us. We opted for the best they had on the day which offered a great variety of choices. The Chicken Vindaloo and Butter Chicken were absolutely delicious, and the vegetable dishes were flavorful with the perfect level of spice. I'm happy to recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic food all around. The soul of the food was their creativity and how it was presented. The tandoor-cooked chicken is truly exceptional, the tikka dishes are perfectly seasoned and the Indo-Chinese delivers an incredible burst of flavor. I’ll definitely be back for another round. Ajeet India Restaurant offers the best Indian food we’ve ever tasted. Every dish—whether soups, sides, or breads—has been consistently top-notch in quality every single time. I happily drive 30–40 minutes often in month not just for the outstanding food, but also for the warm atmosphere and friendly service. Their unwavering excellence in all three areas over the years has been truly remarkable.

Worst Indian food experience ever!!! Do not recommend. Compare this review with all the reviews I have posted. Its NOT scam or personal. Momos sucked as well as the Chole Bhatura. There was no thought put into the recipes the plates the atmosphere or anything else. Plus we got charged $1 extra for each item. They put this in manually and make your receipt say "custom item" with one line price. Offcourse we didnt want to put up a fight as it wasnt worth our time as we had other commitments lined up after dinner. We had great experience at this Indian-Nepali restaurant! We tried steamed momo and goat biryani. The biryani was absolutely perfect – the spices were spot on, and the raita complemented it so well. The goat had skin and bones which was how we wanted. The momo was decent, though a bit on the dry side, but the chutney made up for it with its great flavor. Overall, a fantastic meal.

Has a good portion size and a nice surrounding. We bought a two cokes,mix platter, hot and spicy naan, chicken biriyani and a chicken makhani. Total cost (without tip) = $52.76 I felt that the biriyani could have more salt in it. Otherwise it was a good place to try an indian dish at a reasonable price.

Longtime Gaslight Clifton favorite. I had the Chicken Dal with a spice level 4 (out of 6), which was perfect for me. The portions were large. Dining in was nice, as the decor is beautiful and also relaxing. It wasn't crowded, but they handled a ton of delivery and carryout orders while I was there.
